Does it make a difference if I have my session over the phone verses meeting with you personally?
Absolutely not. The wonderful part of working with energy is that energy has no boundries of space, time, distance or dimensions. All of my services can be recieved from the comfort of your own home.
How can I best prepare myself before having a session?
Great question. If you are opting to have your session from home, there are several important steps to take. First, make sure that you have a quiet and uninterupted area to retreat to. This is especially important during an intuitive healing or soul retrieval session. Secondly, make sure your basic needs have been taken care of, ie you have had something to eat, gone to bathroom, wearing comfortable clothes, ect. Thirdly, whether we are using the phone or the internet, ensure that you have a fully charged battery as well as your devices plug in charger near by. Finally, and most importantly, come into this process with an open heart and mind.
What exactly is it that you are doing during a session?
I only work within the framework of God's White Light. During a session I connect within God's Light and communicate with a client's higher self, their individual guides and their loved ones by using all of my "secondary senses". These are our mirrored physical senses in an energetic form. I see (clairvoyance), hear (clairaudience), know (claircognizance), feel (clairsentience) and sometimes even smell in an energetic way. We all have these senses it just takes practice and patience to develop them.
Why do the costs for a medium's services vary so much?
I took a lot of time to research what other medium's charge for their services both locally and nationally. I was amazed at how varied the fees were. Being that I reside in a smaller community and that I have local clients, I kept my fees comparable to local mediums. Just because I don't charge $250-300/hr doesn't mean you aren't getting a genuine service. A good medium needs only word of mouth to get their services out there. I want my services to be financially fair and available to everyone. It is also my passion to provide services that provide my clients a sense of release and healing from deep within that transforms my clients on mulitple levels (mind, body and soul). Does this mean that a client's grief is magically removed? Absolutely not. Grief for a loved one is something that never goes away. We learn to incorporate grief into our lives in order for us to continue onward in our journey of life.

How did you know that you could communicate with the afterlife?
As a child I didn't really give much thought to what I could see or sense as I didn't have any frame of reference to what was truly going on. Growing up Lutheran this wasn't something that was talked about in our home and especially at church. I always felt very different from everyone else and I couldn't explain why or how I knew things about other people and situations. It wasn't until 1998 while in my mid-twenties that I truly began developing my intuition and spiritual gifts. Connecting with loved ones who had crossed over happened very naturally for me. I read books and attended local workshops on psychic development and meditation. Our intuition is just like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it becomes.
